Application Process

For the Pre-K Application process, children must be 3 or 4 years of age on or before September 1. There is a maximum quota of 15 students in a classroom per session (AM and PM). There is only 1 classroom so the maximum number of Pre-K students in our program is 30 students.

A completed application including some of the following is required:

  • Child's original birth certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Proof of residency
  • Medical Form (signed by your child's physician)

Enrollment/Registration

  • To begin the application process, call the Office of Specialized Services at 708-339-8655 for residency verification.
  • Once residency verification has been cleared, you will receive an email with a link to begin pre-registration for your child.
  • Acceptance for a seat is based on availability and priority of need
  • Once registration has been completed and verified, you will receive a call to confirm your time slot preference and a date for your child to be screened to determine if there are any early intervention needs/concerns.
