Tiffany believes this learning environment should give students an understanding of the world in which we live and encourage them to work towards solving world problems and becoming productive citizens. Elements that she believes are conducive to establishing such an environment involve the practices of (1)Professional Presence, (2) Planning and Preparation, (3)Instructional Implementation, and (4)Environmental Establishments. Educators possess a great power to influence and therefore have a great impact on student achievement to shape our future. Tiffany embraces the opportunity to serve as a lifelong learner and leader in education.
